I'm Katlyn, and I am a Lethbridge-based boudoir and wedding photographer, wedding coordinator and photo boother serving Southern Alberta, and available for travel. Yep, photo boother. It's a thing now.
As your photographer/photo boother/wedding coordinator, any or all of the above, I will help you through the wedding planning process, making sure you have someone with experience to talk to and keep you calm. Whether it's how to word invitations, wedding day timeline, flowers or decor, I am here to help. My hope is that my years of experience in the wedding industry enables you to enjoy this part of your life and take some of the stress away. I will make sure you laugh (perhaps at my expense) when you are feeling nervous before walking down the aisle and tell you "it is all okay, you're marrying your best friend."
As your photographer, I capture connection and the "what was" in that moment. I hope that the photographs take you back to your wedding day, and we have captured those memories to share for years to come. After all this time, I still get excited for every client and their story. My time in the wedding industry has inspired me to start working on guides and writing e-books to help couples plan their wedding.
I believe wholeheartedly in empowering women, and boudoir photography is one way of accomplishing this. Boudoir is the epitome of a vulnerable experience and I hope that I can help you discover your confidence and beauty.
When I am not working on shoots or projects, I love to knit and sew, but I am not sure I'm very good at either. I love hugs, tattoos, lists, a great pair of jeans, good news stories and goats. And most days you can find me working or planning at my computer, reading a good book, or talking business with my other half, Kyle, all likely with a cup of tea in hand.
